Whilst IT support is not the main backbone of our business, as we work within IT, we offer to our retained clients support including software and technical support, remote network and individual workstation support along with assistance on site as and when required.
Our support packages are tailored to meet the exact needs of each client, be their requirements for a one-off support event or an ongoing proactive support package, the latter being all about identifying and resolving IT issues before they turn into problems.
Ongoing technical support and preventative systems maintenance is just part of the solution. Remote management and troubleshooting is a convenient way to ensure your systems are cared for without the need for remedial attention.
We also have excellent working relationships with other support businesses within the local area which allows us to call upon support assistance for larger one-off incidents and/or long term support with full time on site holiday cover, second line support or regular weekly, bi-weekly or monthly consultant services on site.
